Dr. Millin, Medical Director for AMP, spent part of last weekend surveying Cunningham Falls State Park in preparation for this weekend's Quantico Orienteering Club event. Check out the sturdy boots, gaiters, hiking pole, gloves, hat, and long sleeved shirt. It is always good to be dressed appropriately when in the wilderness. Bonus points for ensuring the map is accessible for easy reference - one way to prevent getting lost!
